Infrared Sauna

  • Infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you, as traditional saunas do. Instead, they heat the body with light. Studies have shown the light from infrared saunas travel deeper into the body, meaning you get more of a vigorous sweat.

  • For first-time users, try using the sauna 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, we recommend 20-30 minute sessions.

  • We recommend 2-3 times a week.

  • Yes! Our saunas are bluetooth compatible. If you’re unsure how to sync your phone to our devices, we can help!

  • Our infrared saunas range from 150-170 degrees Fahrenheit.
